Corsodyl Mouthwash Original 300ml
Corsodyl treatment mouthwashes are antibacterial solutions containing chlorhexidine digluconate (0.2% w/v). Chlorhexidine digluconate is dual action, as it is an antibacterial ingredient that attacks and helps to kill the plaque bacteria that can cause your gum irritation and it creates a protective layer over your teeth and gums for up to 12 hours, thus helping to prevent any new plaque forming.
A convenient and easy to use mouthwash it is also particularly useful when more than one area in the mouth needs attention.
As well as being used to treat and prevent gum disease, Corsodyl is used for mouth ulcers, sore mouth from dentures, oral thrush, to promote gum healing after dental surgery or treatment and to maintain mouth hygiene.
The active ingredient is chlorhexidine digluconate (0.2% w/v). The other ingredients are ethanol (7% v/v), macrogolglycerol hydroxystearate, sorbitol, peppermint oil and water.
Directions
After brushing in the morning and evening, rinse your mouth out thoroughly with water. Follow this by rinsing the mouth with 10ml of mouthwash for about one minute.
Do not use in children under 12 years unless recommended by a dentist.
