KalmAid Tablets
KalmAid Tablets are designed for nervous, highly strung or anxious cats and dogs, and can also be used to manage long term behavioural problems.
KalmAid Tablets are beef flavoured and contain L- Tryptophan, an essential amino acid that affects production of serotonin, which has a calming and relaxing effect. They also contain L-theanine, another amino acid that has a calming effect. In addition to this, KalmAid contains Thiamine (Vitamin B1) as deficiency of this vitamin has been associated with nervous disorders.
KalmAid can be given in addition to any other supplements and the effects should be seen in approximately 1-2 hours.
KalmAid is ideal for:
For short term use, give 1-2 hours before 'anxious event'.

- Strange surroundings – e.g. kennels, cattery or minders.
- At weaning – when puppies are separated from their mothers.

- Unwanted or unruly behaviour (longer term management).
- Going to the vet.
- Changes in household.

- < 5kg: ½ tablet
- 5–10kg: 1 tablet
- 10–20kg: 1½ tablets
- 20–30kg: 2 tablets
- Over 30kg: 2½ tablets
