The fibre loaves provide a delicious nutty flavoured bread with a moist crumb and a rich dark crust.

Gluten-Free Wheat Starch*, Dried Skimmed Milk, Vegetable Fibre, Sugar, Cellulose, Stabilisers (Guar Gum, Hydroxy-methylcellulose), Raising Agents (Glucono-delta-lactone, Sodium Bicarbonate), Salt, Iron Powder, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Water, Vegetable Oil (Palm), Yeast, Preservative (Malic Acid).
*As defined for gluten-free foods (Codex Alimentarius)
