- Firstly, it provides a blend of nutrients that work with your skin's natural defences to help maintain a healthy glow and a smooth, refreshed complexion.
- Secondly, it provides antioxidants such as vitamins E and C to help protect your skin against UV in sunlight, and other harmful environmental factors that can stimulate the production of 'free radicals'. In particular the carotenoids and vitamin C play an important role in helping to maintain the suppleness, softness and flexibility of the skin.
- Thirdly, the vitamin B complex in our supplement helps nourish hair and nails right at the root, while zinc helps support strong and healthy looking nails.
