Chemist.net was launched in August 2008 as a division of Whaley Pharmacy, a large independent community pharmacy based in Rugby. Over the years, Whaley Pharmacy has built up a good relationship with our suppliers meaning we are able to offer you some of the cheapest prices online with fast delivery.
As well as medicines, we also sell a range of products that cover, Beauty and Lifestyle, Vetinary products, Vitamins and Minerals and Mobility. Our team are also very happy to try to obtain other products you may desire from our suppliers at a market based competitive price with no extra cost to you.
Our team of dedicated and experienced staff are overseen by fully qualified pharmacists to ensure the wellbeing of our customers, who are contactable by phone (9am-5pm Monday to Friday) or by email to discuss any queries you have about your health and our products.
The processes we have in place allow pharmacists to check every order for the suitability of product choices and to contact the customer if more information is required or if a chosen product has adverse interactions with a customer’s current medication or conditions.
This system of collecting information will allow our pharmacists to be a unique position to advise the customer on a more appropriate solution if so required.
Due to the industry we operate within and laws we abide by Chemist.net reserve the right to refuse the sale of any product displayed by Chemist.net if the pharmacist checking the order deems that they are legally or ethically unable to sell the product without providing a more detailed explanation.
