Juvela Gluten-Free Part-Baked Fibre Loaf is free from:

Gluten-Free Wheat Starch*, Water, Dried Skimmed Milk, Sugar Beet Fibre, Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed, Palm), Yeast, Sugar, Stabilisers (Hydroxymethylcellulose, Guar Gum), Salt, Raising Agents (Glucono-delta-lactone, Sodium Bicarbonate), Preservative (Sorbic Acid), Iron Powder, Niacin, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Thiamine, Folic Acid.

*This ingredient complies with the Codex Alimentarius standard for gluten-free foods.
The special packaging used with the bread allows the bread to have an extended shelf-life prior to opening. Once opened the bread should remain fresh for up to 3 days if stored in an airtight container in a cool dry place.

To freeze, pierce a hole in the outer packaging or remove from packaging and place in freezer bags for up to 1 month.
