WorkSafe Earplugs

WorkSafe Earplugs protect up to 27 dB to reduce working noise such as drilling, sanding, hammering and machinery whilst still allowing you to communicate effectively and hear alarms. They are suitable for the DIY enthusiast that takes their safety and hearing seriously as well as those who work in excessively noisy environments and are at risk of hearing damage.

WorkSafe Earplugs contain unique AlpineAcousticFilters that block all harmful noise generated by machinery, reducing it to a safe level that is well tolerated for eight hours. They are made from specially developed AlpineThermoShape material that adapts to the shape of the ears for a perfect, comfortable fit, without a sense of pressure on your ears. AlpineThermoShape material is hypoallergenic and contains no silicone, so will not cause itching or irritation while you work.

WorkSafe Earplugs have an extended stem, making it easier to put them in and take them out and are supplied with a carry cord so you can carry them around your neck if you need to remove them briefly.

WorkSafe Earplugs are black to prevent premature discolouration.

WorkSafe Earplugs are reusable - simply clean with lukewarm water and soap to extend their lifespan.

Attaching string:
  • Attach the string by clicking the clip onto the stem of the earplug.
Inserting the earplugs:
  • To insert the protectors, use the enclosed insertion tube. Slide the tube over the filter stem.
  • Slightly pull up your ear and insert the hearing protector into the ear.
  • Rotate the insertion tube until the protector fits snugly.
  • Carefully remove the tube from the earplug.
  • The earplug may protrude from your ear. In that case, carefully remove the filter from the earplug.
  • Then cut off a small section of the stem and replace the filter in the earplug.
Cleaning:
  • WorkSafe Earplugs last longer if you look after them and clean them regularly.
  • Clean the earplugs with soap.
  • Rinse them with lukewarm water.
