Tavegil Tablets are an anti-histamine that works well with allergic symptoms, at the same time it also produces a mild sedative effect on its users.

Tavegil Tablets are mostly used for hay fever, skin rashes, and allergic reactions to insect bites. It is also given to people with the symptoms of an allergy, runny noses, itchy eyes, rashes and hives.

Tavegil Tablets provide relief from these symptoms by blocking the histamine that is usually the cause for the allergies.

Ingredients
The active ingredient is Clemastine Hydrogen Fumarate 1.34mg (Equivalent to Clemastine base 1mg).

The other ingredients are Lactose, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Maize Starch, Talc (acid washed), Magnesium Stearate.

Directions
Adults and Children over 12: 1mg clemastine base (one tablet) night and morning. In individual cases the dose may be increased to 6mg clemastine base daily if necessary by a doctor (If you have been recommended to take 6 daily please ring to organise ordering more than 1 pack).
6 to 12 years: 500 microgrammes to 1000 microgrammes clemastine base (½ - 1 tablet) night and morning.
3 to 6 years: 500 microgrammes clemastine base (½ tablet) night and morning.
1 to 3 years: 250 microgrammes to 500 microgrammes clemastine base (¼–½) tablet night and morning.
