Ingredients

Also contains: Hydroxyethylcellulose, sodium hydroxide, benzyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, water.
Directions for use
Adults and children over 14 years:
- Use the top of the cap to pierce the metal seal.
- Squeeze 5-10cm of the gel (containing 50-100mg of ibuprofen) from the tube and lightly rub into the affected area until absorbed.
- Use every 4 hours as required, with no more than 4 doses in any 24 hour period.
- Wash hand after each application.
Do not use if:
- You are allergic to ibuprofen or any of the ingredients, aspirin or any other painkillers
- You have ever had an allergic reaction, including asthma, inflammation of the inside of the nose (rhinitis) or nettle rash (urticaria) brought on by using aspirin, ibuprofen or similar painkillers
- You have a medical condition which affects how well your kidneys work
- You are pregnant
- Consult your doctor before use if you are taking aspirin or any other pain relieving medicines
