Snore less and sleep better with Mute, a nasal device that enables you to breathe freely through the nose during sleep, rather than the mouth. If congestion, blockages, a deviated septum or narrow airways are affecting your ability to breathe freely, then Mute may be the solution you've been looking for. The patented respiratory technology gently stents open your nasal airway during sleep, increasing the volume of air travelling through the nose and making nasal breathing easier, which may in turn reduce the frequency and intensity of snoring.
Mute is made from ultra-soft medical grade polymers to ensure comfort throughout the night and each device can be worn for up to 8 hours each night, for up to 10 nights. It is available in 3 sizes with a patented independently adjustable dilation system to further personalise the fit to each nostril. A trial pack is available containing 1 of each size so you can ensure you get the perfect fit. When Mute is the right size it will fit snugly and be comfortable to wear throughout the night. If it is too small then it may fall out and/or not open your nose enough to reduce snoring and if it too large then it may not fit inside the nose at all or it may feel uncomfortable.
Important Note: Mute is not for the treatment of sleep apnea. If you think that your snoring may be a symptom of sleep apnea, you should consult your doctor or a sleep specialist.

Directions
Using Mute for the first time
- Insert: Wash your hands, hold the device by the bridge with the curved arms facing towards you and the ribbed paddles facing up and away from you.
- Adjust: Bring the device up to your nose and place the curved arms in first to make contact with the inside floor of your nose.
- Breathe: Gently guide the device backwards into your nose to a point that it is comfortable. You may need to adjust your nostrils over and around the ridged paddles to ensure it’s fully inserted.
