NiQuitin Minis Cherry Lozenges Low Strength 1.5mg
Many smokers enjoy smoking, but also want to give up. If this sounds like you, the thought of stopping smoking all at once won't be particularly appealing.
That's where NiQuitin Minis come in. By helping you quit one cigarette at a time, they help you quit at your own pace and on your own terms.
How It Works
NiQuitin Minis are small, flavoured nicotine lozenges that relieve cravings within minutes. In fact they release their full dose three times faster than gum. (Speed of nicotine release in the mouth does not imply speed of craving relief).
When you feel like having a cigarette, simply try having a Minis instead and you can gradually reduce the amount you smoke.
Which NiQuitin Minis is for you?
There are two strengths of NiQuitin Minis available: low and high. The number of cigarettes you smoke a day determines which strength is right for you:
- If you smoke 20 cigarettes or less a day then the 1.5 mg NiQuitin Minis is for you.
- If you smoke more than 20 cigarettes a day then go for the 4 mg NiQuitin Minis.
Directions
Put 1 NiQuitin Mini in the mouth and dissolve fully-this takes around 10 mins.
Adults 18 and over:
If you are cutting down before stopping completely, have a Niquitin Mini instead of a cigarette when you feel a strong urge to smoke. Cut down by as many as possible. Quit as soon as you feel able, then follow instructions for stopping smoking straightaway. For short periods; have a Niquitin Mini and use every 1-2 hrs.
Adults and children 12yrs and over:
When stopping smoking straightaway, have a Niquitin Mini instead of a cigarette. Use 8-12 a day (max 15) for up to 6 weeks, then gradually phase out. Stop using when you are on 1-2 a day.
Do Not Use
If you are a non-smoker or under the age of 12, if you are in hospital because of heart problems unless your doctor tells you to, or are allergic to any ingredients
Consult a Healthcare Professional
If you have serious liver or kidney disease; uncontrolled, overactive thyroid gland or phaeochromocytoma; stomach ulcers ot other problems with your stomach or throat. Or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Ingredients
Each Lozenge contains 1.5 mg Nicotine (as Nicotine Resinate). Also contains Mannitol (E 421), Sodium Alginate (E 401), Xanthan Gum (E 415), Potassium Bicarbonate (E 501), Calcium Polycarbophil, Sodium Carbonate Anhydrous (E 500), Acesulfame Potassium (E 950), Magnesium Stearate (E 470b) and Flavours
Do not store above 30°C.
