Pro D3 30,000IU Capsules contain pharmacopoeia grade vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) at a strength of 30,000IU (750mcg). They are free from gelatine, preservatives, salt, yeast, peanut and soya. 

Pro D3 30,000 Capsules are approved by the Vegetarian Society as suitable for vegetarian and by the Halal Monitoring Committee as Halal.
Take one capsule weekly or as advised by a health practitioner. Take the capsule with water after food for maximum absorption. Do not chew.

Do not exceed the recommended intake. If you forget to take your Pro D3 30,000IU Capsule take it as soon as you remember.
Vitamin D3: Cholecalciferol, Acacia gum, Sucrose, Starch, Medium chain triglycerides. Antioxidant: Vitamin E. Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose. Anti-caking agent: Magnesium stearate. Outer capsule shell (pearl white printed): hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, titanium dioxide, black iron oxide.
