Vitabiotics Menopace Night

Vitabiotics Menopace Night is a specially formulated food supplement for women during and after the menopause that are looking for additional support at night to help maintain quality of natural sleep.

Menopace Night combines the benefits of the proven original Menopace tablet with the additional support of Chamomile, Hops and 5-HTP ( 5-Hydroxytryptophan) for 24 hour support:
  • Chamomile Extract: The flowers of the chamomile plant (Matricaria recutita) are widely used to help maintain a state of relaxation and support positive sleep patterns at the time of the menopause.
  • Hops Extract: Hops extract contain phytoestrogens for extra menopausal support and are also traditionally associated with good sleep.
  • 5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan): 5-HTP is the precursor to the vital neurotransmitter serotonin which is needed in the body in sufficient amounts in order to keep our moods and sleep schedules in proper balance.
The advanced nutrients in Menopace Night can help with:

Hormone balance
Soy is one of the richest natural sources of isoflavones including diadzein, glycetine and genistein. These phyto-nutrients are widely consumed by women during later life. Menopace® Night provides 50mg of soy isoflavone extract for extra menopause support and also includes zinc and magnesium which are essential co-factors for the synthesis of GLA (gamma linolenic acid), a precursor of the body’s own hormone-like substances which help regulate changes in hormone balance.

Overall vitality & wellbeing
Vitamin D has been found to influence all 36 organ tissues in the body and new research shows that optimum intake levels of vitamin D may be far higher than previously thought.

Menopace Night provides a high quality pharmaceutical grade, high potency level of 1000 IU of vitamin D3 in the body’s preferred form (Cholecalciferol ). Vitamin D3 helps maintain all round good health including; brain & mood, immune system, healthy bones and cardiovascular function. Vitamin B complex is involved in the maintenance of the nervous system and has a role in brain function. Nutrients in the diet such as B Vitamins may also help contribute to a normal sense of well-being.

Bone strength

Bone health is particularly important for women during the menopause and Menopace® Night contains magnesium, zinc and trace minerals to help maintain strong and healthy bones. These nutrients support bone mineralisation, and the uptake of calcium, as does Vitamin D3. Menopace Night is designed to be taken in conjunction with a calcium supplement such as Osteocare.

Heart health
Lower oestrogen levels may influence heart and cardiovascular health in older women. Maintaining heart and cardiovascular wellbeing is therefore especially important for older women. Menopace Night includes antioxidants like selenium and vitamin E, to help support a healthy immune system. Vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid also help maintain healthy lower levels of a blood amino acid called homocysteine that is independently linked with heart health.

Supple skin
Oestrogen has a positive effect on the production of collagen, a key substance that forms part of the bone matrix and helps keep skin supple and taught. After the menopause, oestrogen levels and hence collagen production can significantly decline. Menopace® Night includes vitamin C to help the body maintain collagen production, along with copper, zinc and other minerals important to collagen deposition.
