Bonjela Cold Sore Cream

Bonjela Cold Sore Cream is an effective treatment for cold sores and also helps to prevent them reoccurring. The fast acting cream creates an invisible, protective film layer on the skin cells of the cold sore and prevents virus particles from attaching to the cells as well as protecting the skin from harmful environmental stimuli such as UV radiation.

Bonjela Cold Sore Cream is based on the Active Medical Ingredient UV-Active™, which is effective against cold sores caused by herpes simplex virus type-1 (HSV-1). It can be use by adults, children aged 4 years and over and diabetics.

  • Wash your hands before and after each application of Bonjela Cold Sore Cream on the infected area.
  • Squeeze the bottom of the tube to push the cream out onto one fingertip.
  • Gently apply a thin layer of cream on the cold sore.
  • Repeat at least 4 times per day or as needed until the cold sore completely disappears, within 4-5 days.
  • Replace the cap firmly after use.
