Beaphar FIPROtec COMBO Spot-On for Large Dogs

Beaphar FIPROtec COMBO Spot-On for Large Dogs is a dual-action veterinary strength flea treatment that kills fleas, ticks and biting lice on dogs and puppies aged 8 weeks and over and weighing 20-40kg, and prevents flea eggs and larvae from developing in your home. It contains two active ingredients:

  • Fipronil: kills fleas within 24 hours and ticks and biting lice within 48 hours.
  • S-methoprene: interrupts the flea life cycle by preventing any exposed eggs and/or larvae from developing in your home.

Efficacy against fleas and their multiplication lasts for up to 8 weeks and against ticks for up to 4 weeks.

For routine continous protection against fleas and ticks, apply Beaphar FIPROtec COMBO Spot-On for Large Dogs every month.

If you are dealing with a flea infestation, always treat all pets in the household and use a household insecticide for your home such as Beaphar FLEAtec Household Flea Spray.

Directions

ALWAYS FULLY READ THE PRODUCT LEAFLET AND PACKAGING BEFORE USE.

Do not remove the pipette from the sachet until you are ready to use the product.

Weigh your dog carefully before application to ensure they weigh between 20–40kg. This product is not suitable for dogs weighing more than 40kg.

  • Hold the pipette in an upright position, twist and pull the cap off.
  • Turn the cap over and use the other side to break the pipette seal by pushing down and twisting the cap.
  • Part your dog's fur between the shoulder blades and place the tip of the pipette onto the skin.
  • Squeeze the pipette several times to empty its contents completely and directly onto the skin.

Do not allow children to play with your pet until the fur is fully dry. 

Reapply Beaphar FIPROtec® COMBO every four weeks.

Ingredients

Fipronil 268mg, S-methoprene 241.2mg, Butylhydroxyanisole (E320), butylhydroxytoluene (E321), povidone (K25), polysorbate, ethanol, and diethylene glycol monoethyl ether.

Cautions

  • ALWAYS FULLY READ THE PRODUCT LEAFLET AND PACKAGING BEFORE USE.
  • Do not use on dogs under 8 weeks of age or weighing less than 20kg and do not use on cats, as this could result in overdosing.
  • Do not use on sick or convalescent animals.
  • Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
  • Should accidental eye contact occur, rinse immediately with clean, fresh water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
  • Do not smoke, eat or drink while handling the product.
  • Do not allow children to play with your dog until the fur is fully dry.
  • Fipronil may adversely affect aquatic organisms. Do not contaminate ponds, waterways or ditches with product or empty pipettes.
  • Do not use on rabbits as serious adverse reaction or even death could occur.
  • KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
