Beaphar VETOpure Plant-Based Protection Flea Spot-On for Dogs under 15kg

Beaphar VETOpure Plant-Based Protection Flea Spot-On for Dogs under 15kg contains natural plant extracts including margosa and eucalyptus citriodora oil to repel fleas from dogs for up to 4 weeks per application. Suitable for dogs and puppies from 12 weeks of age, this spot-on should be used as part of an effective flea control programme, and should be used early in the season before fleas are seen.

Directions

For continuous protection reapply every 28 days. If your dog becomes excessively wet it may be necessary to reapply earlier. The product can be reapplied after a minimum of seven days.

For dogs weighing less than 15kg apply 1 pipette

Holding the pipette upright, tap the neck section to ensure the contents fall back into the body of the pipette.

Carefully snip off the top of the pipette using scissors, taking care not to squeeze.

Part the dog's fur on the back of the neck where it cannot be reached when grooming and place the tip of the pipette onto the skin.

Squeeze the pipette several times to empty its contents completely and directly onto the skin in one spot.

Do not apply more than one pipette. Do not massage the drops into the skin.

Avoid applying to the fur, if any liquid runs down the fur remove this with a tissue.

In households with both cats and dogs, it is important to ensure that cats do not groom the site of application on another animal that has been treated. Keep treated dogs separate from other pets until the application site has dried. Do not use any other flea control products on your dog during the four-week protection period.

Ingredients

Margosa extract 5.0% w/w, ethyl butylacetylaminopropionate 4.9% w/w, eucalyptus citriodora oil, hydrated, cyclized 0.1% w/w.

Cautions

  • ALWAYS FULLY READ THE PRODUCT LABEL AND PACKAGING BEFORE USE.
  • Do not use on dogs under 12 weeks of age.
  • Do not use on sick or convalescent animals.
  • Do not use on nursing bitches.
  • If skin irritation does occur around the application site, seek veterinary advice.
  • Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Should accidental eye contact occur, rinse immediately with clean, fresh water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
  • Do not smoke, eat or drink while handling the product.
  • Do not allow other pets to groom the treated dog until the fur is fully dry.
  • Do not allow children to play with your dog until the fur is fully dry.
  • Do not contaminate ponds, waterways or ditches with product or empty pipettes.
  • KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
