Suitable for adults and children over 15 years, Seven Seas Original Cod Liver Oil Plus Omega-3 Fish Oil provides essential dietary components including vitamins A, D and E and the unsaturated fatty acids EPA and DHA to support general health:
  • Bones: Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
  • Brain: A daily intake of 250mg DHA supports normal brain function.
  • Heart: A daily intake of 250mg EPA and DHA supports normal heart function.
  • Muscles: Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function.
  • Immunity: Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
  • Skin: Vitamin A helps maintain normal skin.
  • Antioxidant: Vitamin E helps protect cells against oxidative damage.
Cod liver oil has been used for centuries as a trusted household remedy; most people consumed it for all health purposes. It contains vitamin A, an antioxidant that maintains healthy eyes and skin and vitamin D which increases the uptake of calcium in the body and is a prerequisite for strong bones. Cod liver oil is also naturally rich in two essential omega-3 fatty acids – DHA and EPA, which help to maintain the body's metabolism and circulation as well as maintain overall health.

Seven Seas Original Cod Liver Oil Plus Omega-3 Fish Oil is free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives and is purified using Ocean Gold® refining technology, a unique patented process.

Seven Seas Original Cod Liver Oil Plus Omega-3 Fish Oil is available in 150ml, 300ml and 450ml bottles.

Directions

  • Adults and children over 15 years: Two 5ml teaspoons daily.
  • Do not exeed the recommended dosage.

  • If you are taking water tablets (thiazide diuretics) such as chlorothiazide or bendroflumethlazie which are used to treat high blood pressure.
  • This product contains Vitamin A. This product is not suitable for women who are pregnant or planning a pregnancy. Women who are pregnant or planning a pregnancy should consult their doctor before taking this product.
