Seven Seas Omega-3 Fish Oil Plus Cod Liver Oil High Strength Capsules are a natural source of fish oil with cod liver oil, rich in Omega-3 and Vitamin D, that help to maintain good health as you get older:

  • Bones: Vitamin D supports normal bones.
  • Heart: A daily intake of 250mg EPA and DHA supports normal heart function.
  • Vision: A daily intake of 250mg DHA supports the maintenance of normal vision.
  • Brain: A daily intake of 250mg DHA supports normal brain function.
  • Muscles: Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function.

Cod liver oil has been used for centuries as a trusted household remedy; most people consumed it for all health purposes. It contains vitamin A, an antioxidant that maintains healthy eyes and skin and vitamin D which increases the uptake of calcium in the body and is a prerequisite for strong bones. Cod liver oil is also naturally rich in two essential omega-3 fatty acids – DHA and EPA, which help to maintain the body's metabolism and circulation as well as maintain overall health.

Directions

Adults and children over 12 years: One capsule a day with a cold drink. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
