It is specially formulated to provide the exact recommended daily level of Lactase 4500 FCC (per 3 capsules) which improves lactose digestion, making this a great supplement for people who have difficulty digesting lactose.
The digestive enzymes included in this premium supplement are: amylase, alpha-galactosidase, beta-glucanase (providing cellulase), bromelain, glucoamylase, hemicellulase, invertase, lactase, lipase, maltase, papain, pectinase, protease and xylanase.

Directions
Take 2-3 capsules per day. Take each capsule with or immediately after a meal. For example, one after breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Individuals who have difficulty digesting lactose: Take 3-4 capsules with each lactose containing meal
