Description

Eno

Eno provides fast, refreshing relief from stomach upsets including indigestion, flatulence and nausea. The three active ingredients - sodium bicarbonate, citric acid and sodium carbonate - react in water to produce a stomach acid-neutralising formula to bring the digestive system back to normal.

Directions

Dissolve the powder in a glass of water before taking it.

Adults and children aged 12 years and over:

Take 5g (one 5ml spoonful) in a glass of water.
Repeat every 2-3 hours if necessary.
Do not take more than six doses in 24 hours.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients (per 5g): Sodium Bicarbonate 2.32g, Citric Acid 2.18g and Anhydrous Sodium Carbonate 0.50g.
Other Ingredients: None.

Cautions

Do not take Eno if:

You have ever had an allergic reaction to sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, or sodium carbonate.
You are on a controlled sodium diet, as each 5g dose contains 0.85g of sodium.
You have any liver or kidney problems.
You are under 12 unless your doctor tells you to.

Talk to your doctor if your symptoms persist, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or taking other medicines.
