Vitabiotics Osteocare Liquid 200ml

Just two teaspoonfuls provides as much calcium as one glass (250ml) of full fat milk, but unlike milk it is 100% fat free. Osteocare Liquid contains no dairy products. It is ideal for those using soya milk, which is low in calcium and magnesium unless fortified.

Osteocare Liquid is ideal for children and infants over 1 year, who require plenty of calcium for growth. Calcium is also vital for men and women over 50 and during pregnancy and breast feeding. It is especially important to help maintain strong bones during and after the menopause, though research shows that the earlier women receive an adequate supply of calcium the better.

Directions
Children (1-2 years): 1 teaspoonful twice daily.
Children (3-12 years): 2 teaspoonfuls 2-3 times daily.
Adults (men and women): 2 teaspoonfuls twice daily.
Pregnancy and breast feeding: 2 teaspoonfuls twice daily. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Osteocare Liquid can be continued for as long as required.
